Brief service description:
Clogged drain
A technician will assess a clogged drain. If possible the clog will be resolved with no added costs.
A/C Not Working
A technician will assess your Air Conditioning system and repair any minor electrical faults. If additional work is needed it will be quoted during the visit.
Heat Not Working
A technician will assess your Heating system and repair any minor electrical faults. If additional work is needed it will be quoted during the visit.
Appliance Connection
A technician will connect a gas appliance (range, drier, bbq, etc.) to your existing gas supply. A new connection hose is included if needed.
Tankless Water Heater Installation
Technicians will remove your existing water heater and install a high efficiency tankless water heater in the same location. The existing gas supply will be utilized to run the new heater. A condensation drain line will be run to an appropriate location. Your flue vent will be converted or re-routed using PVC pipe. Any modifications required to the gas, power or water lines will be quoted at the visit.

Water Heater
Replace existing water heater with new 50 gal natural gas heater.
Replace the cold water shut off valve with a ball valve
Install new stainless steel flexible water connectors
Add Smitty pan under heater to prevent damage in the event of a leak
Install a sediment trap, gas shut off and flexible gas connector using the existing gas supply
Haul away the old water heater
Additional code upgrades will be addressed and quoted during the visit.
City or Local Permits will be billed separately based on area costs.
Kitchen Faucet Installation
Install customer provided faucet in kitchen sink. Includes supply lines if needed. Install accessories that came with the faucet (i.e. sprayer, soap dispenser, etc.)
Bathroom Faucet Installation
Install customer provided faucet at lavatory sink. Install new pop-up assembly to existing drain material if pop-up assembly is provided. Includes supply lines if needed.
Under Sink RO or Filtration Installation
Install a customer provided RO or Filtration system under the sink. Mount components and connect water lines as needed per manufacturer specifications and local codes. Install a separate faucet if provided. Modifications or customization of the provided system is not included. The flushing procedure will be started during the visit and completed by the customer (many RO systems require a 48 hour initial flush and prep sequence).
Replace Garbage Disposal
Provide and install a new garbage disposal. Rebuild drain and trap assembly with professional glued connections to ensure good flow of ground up materials. Test the units operation.
